I tried getting help, but customer service took way too long to respond and I didn’t feel like anyone really did much to fix the issue. It kind of made me question the overall quality, honestly

I was really disappointed with this. After just a few wears, the leather started getting scratched up and had these odd creases that made it look cheap. For the price, I expected a lot better. It’s frustrating because I wanted to trust the quality, but now I’m not sure I’d buy from them again

Got these from pikolinos.com thinking they'd be a comfy everyday pair. Sadly, no. Wore them for one afternoon and my heels were rubbed raw. The soles also feel much harder than expected. Maybe they suit other feet, but for me they just hurt
